Due to popular demand, we have added a Ballet Variations class to our schedule.
This new class will be taught by Julie Bravata. It will be held on Fridays from 8:00 – 8:30 p.m. beginning October 4th.
*This is a non-recital class.
Students eligible to enroll for this class: Navy Ballet, Purple/Black Ballet, Periwinkle Ballet 2nd Year (invitation only), and Hunter Ballet 2nd year (invitation only).
Parents please complete an ADD FORM, at the front office, by September 25th to enroll you dancer in this Ballet Variations class.
Congratulations are in order for Sienna Alpert who was one of three dancers invited to the invitation-only trainee program at Orlando Ballet beginning September 2019! Sienna has been a dancer with SDT since she was 4 and a dancer with the Elite Ballet Program.
We are so elated and proud that your hard work and talent has paid off in a BIG way!

Returning Students:
Early registration for returning students begins July 17th in our office, during the following times:
• Monday/ Wednesday: 12-6:30 pm
• Tuesday/ Thursday: 12-7:30 pm
• Friday: 12-5:00 pm
New Students:
Open Registration for the general public will begin Wednesday, July 24th in our front office during the following times:
• Monday/ Wednesday: 12-6:30 pm
• Tuesday/ Thursday: 12-7:30 pm
• Friday: 12-5:00 pm
The Dancer’s Tune Up is a one-week intensive which will be held just prior to the school and dance seasons beginning. This program is designed for intermediate and advanced level dancers (those in SDT Ballet Levels: Periwinkle 2nd year, Hunter 2nd year, Navy, Purple & Black) to help get bodies “tuned up” before the new programs at SDT and school begin.
This is a great way to get warmed up for the season for those who attended an intensive program out of town this summer, for those who took the summer off, and for those who participated in the SDT summer intensive programs. Those who have upcoming auditions for companies or school programs, should strongly consider attending.
This program features ballet with pointe, contemporary, and modern, taught by special guest teachers.
