Recital Performance Information
Dancers & Parents: Please read through the following information & dates regarding our annual Recital performances.
This year is a little different from the past, as we will only have ONE show that is performed twice: once on June 6th & once on June 7th, 2025.
To clarify, this means there is no more separation (“Evening” & “Matinee”) & ALL dancers (including Dancer’s Edge) will perform together in BOTH shows. The two performances are mandatory to participate in the Recital.

| T-Shirts On Sale:
March 30th – April 27th, 2025 |
Commemorative Recital T-Shirts will be on sale for one month. Secure your order conveniently online at southerndancetheatre.com/recital. Scroll down to the “Order Your Commemorative 2025 Recital T-Shirt” section to select your sizes and add them to your cart to complete your order.
For personalized assistance in selecting the right size, samples will be made available in the Front Office. Each T-Shirt is priced at $27.00. Please be advised that NO LATE ORDERS can be accommodated. |
| Videos On Sale:
March 30th – June 9th, 2025 |
Lighting Videos will be present at our Friday night performance on June 6th, 2025 & will have a video available for purchase.

Monica Sue Nielsen will offer professional performance photography during the dress rehearsal and Saturday show.
Online Link Access: $40 USB & Online Link Access: $50 Submit order forms (available in the studio lobby) directly to Monica Sue Nielsen no later than June 10th. |
| Tight Invoices
March 24th, 2025 |
You will be emailed an invoice for the recital tights. This must be paid to the Front Office no later than April 25th, 2025 via exact cash, a check, money order or cashier’s check only. |
| Recital Tickets On Sale
March 31st, 2025 (9:00AM EDT) |
Tickets for our Recital will officially launch on TutuTix at 9:00AM EDT on March 31st, 2025.
Ticket Prices: Rows A-E: $45.00 each. Rows F-K and AA-NN: $40.00 each. No Refunds or Exchanges. Note: Children up to age 3 sitting on a lap do not require a ticket. You may purchase “Reserved Seating Tickets” on: southerndancetheatre.com/recital. Scroll down to the “Order Recital Tickets” section to purchase tickets. |
| 1st Mandatory Studio Rehearsal
April 27th, 2025 12PM – 3PM |
ALL dancers (except DM) are called for a Mandatory Rehearsal in the studio. Sign-In will begin promptly at 11:15AM with last names A-M. Sign-In will begin promptly at 11:30AM with last names N-Z.
Act 1 & Act 2 Numbers 1-12 rehearse from 12PM – 1:30PM. Act 2 Numbers 13-19 & Act 3 rehearse from 1:30PM – 3PM. Dancers: Wear class attire and have all dance shoes with you. |
| Tight Invoice Due Date
April 25th, 2025 |
Tights must be paid for in full via exact cash, a check, money order, or cashier’s check only.
If you do not pay this balance by April 25th, the remaining balance will be collected on May 1st, 2024 with the Tuition Installment for that month. You will also be charged a $10 late fee for failure to make this payment. |
| Dress Rehearsal Tickets Pre-Sale
May 5th – June 2nd, 2025 |
“General Admission” Tickets for the Dress Rehearsal (June 5th, 2025) will be available to purchase in advance with our Front Office.
Pre-Sale Price: $25.00 each. Day of Dress Rehearsal Price: $30.00 each. Debit/Credit Card ONLY via QR Code. |
| Costume and Tight Pick-Up
May 12th – 23rd, 2025 *Subject to change based on shipping* |
Dancers will receive their costumes and tights during classes. Each dancer will have to acknowledge receipt of costume/tights. |
| 2nd Mandatory Studio Rehearsal
May 31st, 2025 10AM – 2PM |
ALL dancers (except DM) are called for a Mandatory Rehearsal at Santaluces High School. Sign-In will begin promptly at 9:30AM.
Act 1 & Act 2 Numbers 1-12 rehearse from 10AM – 12:15PM. Act 2 Numbers 13-24 & Act 3 rehearse from 12PM – 2PM. Sign-In will begin promptly at 11:30AM Dancers: Wear class attire and have all dance shoes with you. |
| Recognition Ceremonies
May 27th – June 2nd, 2025 |
Commemorative Pins & Certificates will be presented to students performing in the Pre-Combo, Basics, Acro Ages 3-7 and Dance Movement during the last 15 minutes of class.
Parents: Cameras are allowed. Strollers are not permitted due to safety protocols.. |
| Final Tuition Installment Due
June 1st, 2025 |
The final tuition installment will be processed by the Front Office on this date.
If the payment declines or you have any outstanding balances due, your dancer will no longer be allowed to perform in recital. This does not apply to customers who paid their Annual Tuition in full. |

| Blocking Rehearsal
MANDATORY June 4th, 2025 5PM – 9PM |
ALL dancers (except DM) are called for a Blocking Rehearsal at the theater.
Dancers in Pre Combo/Basics/Thursday Acro will rehearse from 5-6:15PM. Sign-In will begin promptly at 4:30PM. All others will rehearse from 6-9PM. Sign-In will begin promptly at 5:30PM. This will be a closed rehearsal: No parents allowed in theater! Location: Santaluces High School Performing Arts Center 6880 Lawrence Road, Lantana, FL 33462 Dancers: Wear class attire and have all dance shoes with you. |

Order Recital Tickets
The Recital Ticket sale will officially launch on TutuTix at 9:00AM EDT on March 31st, 2025.
Starting March 31st, 2025, Reserved Seating recital tickets will be available for purchase online at: https://buy.tututix.com/southerndancetheatre
Please double check the show date before checking out! No Refunds or Exchanges.
Ticket Prices:

To purchase tickets at the theater the day of the show:
- For any tickets that remain after the online sale, there will be a poster with a QR code displayed in the lobby for purchasing tickets at the theater before the show.
- Tickets will be available for purchase the day of each show at the theater doors by Debit/Credit Card via QR code ONLY (you purchase on your cell phone). Ticket sales will end 2 hours after the start of each show.
