Fall 2024-2025 Registration
Learn how to register for our Fall 2024-2025 classes below. Classes begin August 19th at BBHS.
Registration for returning students begin July 1, 2024.
- Returning students must use their class placements (which were emailed) as a guide to select the classes they wish to register for.
Registration for new students begins July 15, 2024.

If you are new to our studio, fill out the above form and then, please call our office at 561-736-9097 to begin the registration process.
NOTE: Class sizes are limited and students are enrolled in class(es) on a first come, first serve basis.
Registration method will be the same as it was this past fall and summer. It is easy! Please follow the instructions listed below.
- If you are returning to our studio from our 2023-2024 dance season, please login to your Parent Portal online with your billing account email address we have on file and complete your registration. STEPS BELOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 2024-2025 SEASON!
- It is imperative that you start and complete your online registration in one sitting please.
- Read all policies, the liability waiver, and agree (this will pop up as soon as you login if you haven’t already done this).
- Click Register (Note: for each additional dancer, you will repeat steps 4, 5 & 6)
- Confirm/update your Account Info, Parent Info, Emergency Contact, and Student(s) Info including their grade level.
- Be sure to ADD any Medical Notes and/or Allergy Notes to a Student’s Info if applicable.
- Use your dancer’s class placement as a guide to select the 2024-2025 class(es) you wish to register your dancer in before clicking “submit request”. Note: Some classes have requirements *Handbook will be updated on 7/1/24 for the new season.Southern Dance Theatre Handbook 2024-2025.docx.
- The office will then review your registration request for approval. You will receive an email response of approval. In this response you will also see your registration fee and tuition owed.
- After receiving this confirmation email come into the studio within 72 hours to submit the following to complete your registration:

- Pay your registration fee: $50.00 for a single student or $65.00 for a family. (Registration fees increase after August 19, 2024.)
- Pay your 1st tuition installment or annual tuition in full (registration fee will be waived)
- Turn in a completed 2024-2025 E-Check Authorization Form If you are paying your annual tuition in equal installments by setting up auto debits via E-Check or Debit/Credit Card ($3.00 E-Check fee or 4% Card Processing fee are applicable). You can download these forms from our website by clicking the link above or there will be hard copies at the studio.
- Turn in a completed Costume Order Form. You may pay for your dancer’s costume deposits in full at the time of registration or it will be debited in 3 equal payments (+ 4% card processing fee) on Sept. 16, Oct. 15, and Nov. 15. - Please turn in all of the above to us at Starbucks on Gateway and Congress from 4-6 PM M-F or at Organic Movement during our TuneUp Program starting July 30th.
NOTE: Payments are accepted via Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Credit/Debit Card (plus a 4% card processing fee).
