Each Saturday morning, Holly Montes offers Zumba class at Southern Dance Theatre from 8-9am. She will be on break from Saturday, June 4th-June 18th. Classes resume Saturday, June 25th.

In honor of Thanksgiving Break, there will be no classes November 26-30, 2013, including Zumba with Holly on Saturday morning. We hope everyone enjoys the holiday! Classes resume, Monday, December 2nd.

Zumba with Holly of D-Stress Dance Fitness is off this Saturday. Class resumes June 29th 8-9am at Southern Dance Theatre!

Exciting News for Dr. Nicole’s Zumba Class!
Dr. Nicole’s Zumba class at Southern Dance Theatre will run through May 7th this season and will resume in November 2013 for next season.
During Dr. Nicole’s May 7th Zumba Class, TLC’s “Four Weddings” will be in the studio filming! The episode airs on June 27th~
Spring Break
Southern Dance Theatre will be closed for Spring Break Monday, March 25th-Saturday, March 30th.
Holly’s Zumba Class will be held at its regular time Saturday, March 30th 8-9am.
Dr. Nicole’s Zumba Gold Class will not be held on Tuesday, March 19th or Tuesday, March 26th. Class resumes Tuesday, April 2nd.
