Join us for POUND Fitness Classes this Summer!

We’re excited that Holly Montes will be joining us this Summer and offering POUND Class!

We’re kicking things off with a FREE class so you can try it out on Tuesday, June 13th from 8:00-9:00pm! This first FREE class will be limited to 15 people.

Classes will be held Tuesdays from 8:00-9:00 pm June 13th – July 27th! Class Pricing: $75 for 6 Coupons or $15 per Class; Students must bring a yoga mat to class!

Pound is an innovative, high energy cardio Jam session that will have you rocking out to your favorite music while drumming your way through sculpting, toning and strengthening your entire body!! With the use of Ripstix and a strong beat, Pound works to distract you from a challenging, high intensity workout by shifting your focus to the rhythm and freeing feeling of drumming! You will become your own fit rockstar, not only improving your physical health but you will drastically improve you rhythm, coordination, musicality, agility, and endurance. That’s not all!
