This summer, whether you are 3 or 50, we have a dance class for you! Enjoy a Summer filled with Dance and Fun!

- Summer camps are offered for age groups: 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
- Teens and Adults are invited to take our open evening classes which include: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics, Leaps & Turns, Contemporary, Pilates, Hip Hop
- For serious students ages 10-18, we will be dedicating our time into a very similar nighttime class schedule similar to the years schedule. There will also be a Dancer’s Tune Up program for students who will be attending out of town summer programs, apart of Dancer’s Edge Company and more.
Rising Stars Camp: Ages 3-5
Experience fun adventures in ballet, tap, jazz, acro, and groovement. This camp great for getting students prepared to join our Pre-Combo classes during the Fall Session.

Shooting Stars Camp for Ages 6-8:
This program includes ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, musical theatre, leaps and turns and hip hop. This camp is perfect for students going into our Basic and Beginner level classes during the Fall Session.
- Mondays & Wednesdays June 10th – July 11th at 5-7pm

Summer 2024 Registration
Learn how to register for our Summer 2024 classes below. Classes begin June 10th at our home in Boynton Beach at Boynton Beach High School.
Registration for students begin April 1, 2024
NOTE: Class sizes are limited and students are enrolled in class(es) on a first come, first serve basis.
Registration method will be the same as it was for fall. It is easy! Please follow the instructions listed below.
If you are new to our studio, please call our office at 561-736-9097 to begin the registration process.
- If you are returning to our studio from our 2023-2024 dance season, please login to your Parent Portal online with your billing account email address we have on file and complete your registration. Use this link to login to your Parent Portal: https://app.akadadance.com/customer/login?schoolId=AK601983J
- It is imperative that you start and complete your online registration in one sitting please.
- Read all policies, the liability waiver, and agree (this will pop up as soon as you login if you haven’t already done this).
- Click Register (Note: for each additional dancer, you will repeat steps 4, 5 & 6)
- Confirm/update your Account Info, Parent Info, Emergency Contact, and Student(s) Info including their grade level.
- Be sure to ADD any Medical Notes and/or Allergy Notes to a Student’s Info if applicable.
- Select the summer Camp(s) and/or Class(es) you wish to register your dancer in before clicking “submit request”. Click “Note/Requirements” to view any details that may apply to your dancer.
- The office will then review your registration request for approval. You will receive an email response of approval. In this response you will also see your registration fee and tuition owed.
- After receiving this confirmation email come into the studio within 72 hours to submit the following to complete your registration:

- For Stars Dance Camps and Evening Classes, registration fees will be $20 for a single student or $30 per family. Additionally, Adult Classes and Parent & Me Sessions will incur a $10 registration fee.
- Pay your summer tuition or turn in a completed Payment Authorization Form if you are paying your summer tuition in 3 equal installments by setting up auto debits via credit card. You can download this from our registration page on our website or there are copies at our front desk.
- Turn in a completed Summer Credit Card Authorization 2024. If you are paying your annual tuition in equal installments by setting up auto debits via E-Check or Debit/Credit Card ($3.00 E-Check fee or 4% Card Processing fee are applicable). You can download these forms from our website by clicking the link above or there will be hard copies at the studio.
- Please turn in all of the above to us at our during regular office hours to get signed up.
NOTE: Payments are accepted via Check, Money Order, Cashier’s Check or Credit/Debit Card (plus a 4% card processing fee).

Tune Up Program
July 22nd-August 9th
These programs are designed and recommended for:
- Students auditioning for or attending BAK or Dreyfoos Schools of the Arts Dance Programs. Preparation is crucial for placement in higher levels within these dance programs.
- Students auditioning for the Dancer’s Edge Company.
- Serious students wanting to concentrate on technique to gain more progress at a time of year when you are not in school and committed to many other things.

- Dancer’s Edge Company Summer Requirement: “A weekly schedule must consist of a minimum of 6 classes, including at least one jazz and one ballet class. Please note that dancers ages 7-11 who are eligible for our Junior Company will instead be required to participate in one of our “Stars” Summer camps based on their age as well as two drop-in classes at the Beg/Int level.”
- Male Students: Receive a 25% discount off the cost of summer tuition. For more details, please inquire at the Front Office.
- SDT Alumni: Benefit from a 25% discount off the Drop-In rate for selected evening classes. Please note that this discount will not be applicable for packaged classes.
- Teacher Assistants: Dancers interested in earning community service hours can volunteer to assist our teachers during our camps. If interested, please notify the Front Office of your availability.
- What is Parent & Me Creative Dance: Parent & Me Creative Dance is an opportunity for parents to bond with their little ones through movement and expression. Join us for an engaging and interactive experience that fosters creativity and connection!
