Returning Students:
Early registration for returning students begins July 17th in our office, during the following times:
• Monday/ Wednesday: 12-6:30 pm
• Tuesday/ Thursday: 12-7:30 pm
• Friday: 12-5:00 pm
New Students:
Open Registration for the general public will begin Wednesday, July 24th in our front office during the following times:
• Monday/ Wednesday: 12-6:30 pm
• Tuesday/ Thursday: 12-7:30 pm
• Friday: 12-5:00 pm

Summer is an awesome time to dance! As our lives slow down, with school out, we tend to have a lighter schedule and can spend more time doing what we love. If you love to dance as much as we do, or are just getting started, we hope you’ll join us for a summer filled with joy!

Super Hero Dance Camp: Ages 3-5
Experience fun adventures in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Groovement
- Tuesdays & Thursdays | June 18th – July 25th | 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Rising Stars Dance Camp: Ages 6-8
This program includes Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop

Summer Fun! Dance Camp: Ages: 9-12
Beginning and Intermediate Dancers | Dancers will experience Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Musical Theater, and Hip Hop. The experience is very good for those interested in auditioning for the Dancer’s Edge Company.
- Monday – Friday | July 15th – 26th | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Parent Demonstration Classes: Thursday, July 25th
- Free early arrival care – 8:30-9:00 am | Aftercare 3:00 – 5:00 pm – $5.00 per day

Dancer’s Tune Up – 1 Week Intensive
Ballet with pointe, contemporary, and modern. Enjoy class with special guest teachers.
- Intermediate|Advanced Dancers (SDT Ballet Levels: Periwinkle 2nd year, Hunter 2nd year, Navy, Purple & Black)

Open Evening Teen|Adult Classes

- Dancers must have at least 2-3 years of experience for these intermediate classes

- Musical Theater Tuesday | 7:15 – 8:45 pm
- Contemporary|Jazz Thursday | 5:45 -7:15pm
- Tap Intermediate Thursday | 7:15 – 8:45 pm

Returning Students
- Returning students who danced with us during our 2016-2017 season are invited to register for classes early, beginning Monday, July 17th. Open registration for new students will be held Saturday 7/22 and Sunday 7/23. Please follow the steps below.
- Refer to the letter, recommended classes which our office mailed you July 10, 2017, and our class schedule.
- Complete your registration form.
- Submit back to Southern Dance Theatre in person with your registration fee & first installment beginning July 17th.
- Release & liability form must be signed at the time of registration.
New Students
NEW STUDENTS are invited to join us for open registration for Fall Classes 3-7pm on Saturday 7/22 and Sunday 7/23 at Southern Dance Theatre.
Our knowledgeable faculty will be on hand to discuss your previous experience (if any), goals, and help to find the best class for you during this time. This is a great opportunity for those new to our school to get a customized schedule and guidance from our instructors.
You can download and print your registration form and bring it in with you and we’ll have forms on hand as well. Leotards for Pre-Combo & Basic level classes will be available for sale at this time.
