We’re pleased to announce the details of our Summer Session in preparation for registration which begins on March 9th, 2017.
We’re offering a ton of great classes! Camps for students ages 3-12 are always a big hit and we look forward to having a lot of fun and teaching our students new skills.
We have a great, robust summer intensive program, by audition only, for intermediate and advanced students 10-18. The audition will be held at Southern Dance Theatre April 9th from 1:00-3:00pm.
We’ll also have a couple of brand new classes –
“Dancer’s Tune Up” is designed for students who will be attending summer programs out of town, to aid in preparation for good placement in ballet and contemporary. We have one or two week options!
We’re also offering an open teen adult Pound class this summer, along with our intermediate level ballet, contemporary, jazz, and tap classes!

The application packet must be fully completed and signed and brought to the audition.

- Junior Company Ballet level: Royal Blue

12:30-1:30pm Measurements & Sign in
1:45-3:45p.m. Audition: Ballet, Jazz, and Modern
- Elite Company Ballet levels: Periwinkle & Hunter 1st & 2nd year
- Apprentice Company Ballet levels: 2nd year Periwinkle & Hunter through Purple
- Senior Company Ballet levels: High school – Purple / Black 8th graders – if in full Black level
Audition Attire
- Females: Black leotard, pink tights, ballet technique, and jazz shoes (no socks). Hair in a bun with net and pins. Light make up.
- Males: Fitted white t-shirt-tucked in, black tights, ballet and jazz shoes (no socks). Hair well groomed
The Dancer’s Edge Company is an elite group of dancers that perform a diverse showcase of dance throughout Palm Beach County and at Universal Studios.
School days are rapidly approaching and this is the final week before classes begin!
Registration continues this week. Stop in and meet with one of our knowledgable team members who can help you select the classes that are right for your family.
Join us during our registration hours August 1st – 5th from 12pm-7pm to get signed up. Classes start Monday, August 8th.
Classes range from pre-combo (ballet & tap, ages 3-5) to basic levels for ages (6-7), to beginner level and higher in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and modern. Class levels depend upon age and teacher recommendation and our curriculum is progressive, ensuring students master successive skills in each level.

Students must have at least 2-3 years of experience for all intermediate level classes.
